I invite you to this Gathering in the forest of Dalkeith Country Park!
Bring your water bottle, a scarf to sit on (probably on the earth), your favorite instument(s) if you have any and your curious and open self for this afternoon of connecting through sounds and music with nature and each other (but of course, we are also part of nature)…
We will calm, console and uplift our Spirits!

Retreat to learn and so treat ourselves well, expressing ourselves and finding resolution in our doubting and questions.
Using the method of Family Constellation (Lead by Péter) and movement and music to ease our body and soul to be able to embody and process all that we discovered and resolved through the constellation work.
The retreats happen twice a year (winter time and summer time) and are held in different locations each time.
We wish to be at service to Hungarians living abroad with these retreats, so the language is Hungarian.
